Tony Robbins is considered a master in human psychology and AGW is one of his crowning works.
AGW covers topics such as the mastering of emotions, helping oneself to be an action-taker, goal setting, goal achieving, and so on.
It has high quality information, is extremely practical, and has a huge range of topics that it covers.
It is a big long and some reviewers said that it could have less fluff.
The How of Happiness is one of the most interesting books I've ever had the delight of laying my eyes on.
It is a book literally dealing with the science of being happy.
It is very low fluff and almost no motivational hype. It is strictly the top scientific research on how to make ourselves happy.
The book is filled with study after study, data, and research into the how of happiness.
It includes easy-to-follow steps to begin producing this happiness in our own lives by improving our mental voice, our relationships, and other parts of our lives.
That said, the book is a little limited in topics compared to others on this list. But it's not a bad thing to specialize.
The Happiness Advantage is also largely backed by research and scientific studies or findings. It has quite a bit less science than The How of Happiness, but is filled with simple steps to follow.
Most who read it gave a glowing review, but some reviews on Amazon said that the information contained was largely common knowledge presented in a new light.
The Happiness Advantage includes stories and examples of real people following the principles included in the book. That said, some reviews mentioned that the book can ramble a little and go on and on about some of the points it makes.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective people is an incredible book read by millions of people. It has influenced presidents, CEOs, and other influential people.
It is one of my greatest reads of all time and I highly recommend it.
It is a great book and has excellent information for first producing a great relationship with yourself, then on creating a great relationship with others.
For anyone seeking to improve their social skills, this is a great book to start with.
It doesn't talk much about happiness, but it does talk a lot about life. In fact, some may say that one of the beliefs of Covey, the author, is that happiness is produced by living a good life.
The book is not great about practicality. It doesn't include simple how-to instructions on being better at each thing that Covey talks about. It can seem to ramble sometimes, and the scope is not that large; it is focused exclusively on the 7 habits Covey looks at.
The Happiness of Pursuit is a book dedicated to talking about each person's quest in life.
The book doesn't have much in the way of high quality information, practicality, or scope.
It is largely about telling the stories of people who have found a "quest" and decided to pursue this goal to the end. The Happiness of Pursuit includes stories of the author traveling to every country, a teenager sailing across the world, and so on.
The Happiness of Pursuit does a great job of telling these stories and many of them are motivational. That is about as far as the book goes, however. It has no scientific research, no easy how-to tips, and is pretty restricted to the category of setting and achieving high goals.
While it is a great book on lifestyle and happiness, it is not the best one in the list.
Based on the quality of information, the sheer practicality, and the massive scope of the book, I recommend Awaken The Giant Within as the best book on life and happiness of all time.
Within those pages are helpful tools, tips, and tricks into unlocked you best life. It is motivational while also scientific and tells stories of real people.
